Licensed Plumber - Service

Plumber with Service Experience Wanted.

Job Description:

Looking for service plumber for local service area (Livingston-Bozeman) with some light daily travel.  Mostly residential service with high concentration of return/regular customer base.  Must have experience in the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems including but not limited to:

  • Water Heaters (Gas & Electric)
  • Toilets
  • Drain Cleaning & Diagnosis
  • Faucets
  • Water Lines
  • troubleshooting of common plumbing problems

Heat system troubleshooting/installation experience a big plus but we are willing to train the right individual.

Must be comfortable with customer communication, management and billing onsite.  Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Ranger and we are looking for somebody who will exemplify this on each call.

Schedules are flexible.  Your average day runs from 8:30-5:00 M-F.  Some overtime and weekend work will also be required when needed. 

Hiring Requirements:

  • State of Montana Journeyman/Master Plumbing license.
  • Montana Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
  • Polite & Presentable
  • Fluent in Spoken & Written English
  • Small Hand tools

Compensation & Benefits Package:

  • $27-$32+/hour DOE

Job Description:

 We are looking for the right candidate for our 5 year plumber apprenticeship training program.  Apprentices will complete a state-licensed apprenticeship program while working side-by-side with a licensed plumber to learn how to become a professional in the plumbing industry.

Learn a trade, make a living, and get paid while doing it.  Our Apprentices make a great hourly rate for on-the-job training, and that rate increases according to preset scale as you progress through the program.

Your typical day runs from 8-5.  Some after hours and weekend work will be required as well.  Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • On-the-job assistance
  • Delivery of materials and tools
  • Jobsite & Warehouse tasks
  • Fleet/Vehicle tasks
  • Keeping pace with training material
  • Learning company processes and policies

Hiring Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree Desirable but Not Required
  • Montana Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
  • Polite & Presentable
  • Fluent in Spoken & Written English
